November begins another holiday season. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I offer a hearty thank you to all our customers and members of the extended LifeJournal family whom Chronicles Software Company serves. Without you and your input, LifeJournal wouldn't exist and continue to grow. I'd also like to expressly thank the members of the LifeJournal team: Lee Jones, dedicated programmer and chief technology guru; Katie Jones, head of shipping and our communication liaison; Linda Janoff, newsletter editor and wordsmith extraordinaire; and Tierney Elison, our new administrative assistant. Thanks also to each of our specialized edition partners who bring expertise from varied fields and devote time to spreading the word about each of the following programs:
As a gift to each of you for the next several months I'm offering "office hours" every Thursday from 2-3 PM so that you can call and chat for up to 10 minutes about any questions or comments you have related to LifeJournal. Making Sure You Have the Latest Version of LifeJournal
LifeJournal 2 is our current program. However, every few months we tweak it a bit-- to fix a bug, to update it for a new operating system, or to refine a feature—and post a new version online. We offer these minor updates at no charge. It makes sense to periodically check in to see what version of LifeJournal is available and compare it with version you have.
