Running LifeJournal on Vista

The latest version (Version 2.01.08.00 Build 830) of LifeJournal is fully compatible with the Vista operating system.
To find out what version of LifeJournal you have, open the program and go to the Help menu>About LifeJournal. If the version number is earlier than the one listed above, and you have LifeJournal 2 you can update at no charge. Here's how:
As a precaution, back up your journal. Close the LifeJournal program. Go to www.lifejournal.com/download and download and save the
installation file (lj2setup.exe). When fully downloaded, double click
and the file will install.

When you re-open LifeJournal you can check to see if you have the proper build installed, as described above.
If you have LifeJournal 1, you must upgrade to LifeJournal2 (or one of the specialized editions). To upgrade to LifeJournal 2, go to www.lifejournal.com/ordering.
